Does that make it Israel then, if it does, what's all the fuss about?, a country can't invade itself surely.

Perhaps it was to deny Gazeans genuine employment, making them desparate as cheap labout in Israel?

Here's a suggestion:
Palestinians. all of them, and Israel discuss the possibility of a two state solution.
Palestinians give up Gaza, and Israel swaps the land it gains in Gaza for the equivalent amount of land in Northern Israel.
So Palestine is a contiguous state, they can govern themselves. Israel no longer has responsibility for neither Gaza, nor the West Bank.
It ould mean that any settlers' land in the West Bank may have to be forfeited, but they're illegal anyway.
I'll have to discuss it with my mate Hamas, if Notch's et al baseless accustaion can be believed.
Maybe Notch can disuss it with his Tory MP, the one he voted for in 2019

Your Hamas mates won’t accept Israel is a state, which rules out a 2 state solution.
I did not vote Conservative in 2019, I voted for Louise Potter Lib Dem, a tactical vote to,support Labour in Horsham constituency.
You can’t say which MP you voted for ….you never voted Labour.
