That black plastic part fell off and I need to replace it but I don't know how it's called. it serves no purpose other than cosmetic.

Not sure which year your Doblo is, but the Fiat Eper system is good for identifying parts and their numbers. Being a Fiat owner I while away many an hour on there looking for parts.
