Israel hit a health centre in central Beirut today. Results some dead and injured doc's and others. Reasons seem to be mixed. Maybe some one who lives there or the health centre being Hezbollah related. - Pass.

BBC finally got to interview a Hamas leader. Complete with his broken leg from when the previous one was bumped off. The reporter mentioned the importance of interviews and also Israel's block on international press in Gaza. Interview seemed to be in Qatar. He pointed out it's what the BBC usually do - interview both sides. Opinions are then down to us.
 
Whoops Biden has managed to push up oil prices - nice spike. About 4% currently but Iran getting involved did have some previous effects. Saudi have spare so hoping they will fill any gaps but what Iran might do is causing serious worries. it would be like the inflation levels in the 70's caused by Saudi not exporting to the US.

Yep - without Iran all these two bit terror groups would be no more bother than some football hooligans (Millwall back in the day could have sorted them all out with a summer tour)

Israel and the US need to stop pussyfooting about and shut Iran up for good. (no chance of us getting involved with starmer (probably to busy having a freebie at a swift concert)

In the message, Tehran told Washington that “the phase of unilateral self-restraint has ended”, adding that “individual self-restraint does not secure our national security requirements”. The Iranian official who spoke to Al Jazeera said that in the message to the US, Iran reiterated the need to curb Israel “and its unbridled madness” in the region.

Reports that Israel is considering an attack on Iran's oil infrastructure has been given a cold eye by China and Russia, as well as an American response that suggests it would be a really bad idea to fk around with the global market.
