Ceiling has 3 sets of wire

Might be worth showing us a pic of the wiring at the fan that doesn't work. Does it have a switch ?

I stripped it down to clean it, which didn’t make any difference, there is no switch for it, I assume it should work off the light switch as the bathroom fans do. I’ll try and disconnect the wiring to it and take a picture tomorrow. Thank you

Did the light fitting you levered off have any extra loose terminal blocks with wires connected to them inside it?

OK. But there is a 4th one attached to the 3 labelled ones.

Did it have any wires in it?
I don’t know, I literally had to rip it down, I’ve got the same setup in my bathroom, so I might try and see how that has been wired without disconnecting it
