Do these weep holes look like a problem?

3m span upvc patio doors, cavity wall built 2015, there are 3 (maybe 4?) what I think are weep holes or gaps in the mortar at least. There is one brick which is randomly sticking out of the wall too with a bit of a hole next to it, not sure if its intentional. Does it look like weep holes are correctly installed for this span, and if not how can I test that or get them fixed?

New builds are shocking. Although it doesn't look pretty it's actually just bad craftsmanship

OP,
Weeps sit on a cavity tray - holes that could be acting as weeps are present but there's no signs of a cavity tray or weeps.
Unless there are damp signs inside the house then I would leave things alone, and not attempt some kind of water test.
A Boroscope would be easy to insert - & it would tell you far more about whats happening in the cavity?
Are you an owner or a prospective buyer of the house?

there is a metal lintel (catnic ) the bricks are sitting on . Usually forms a tray.

Yes, the standard of the brickwork could make you weep - that's the only problem, so don't look up.

When you think about it, bricks, and more so mortar are actually porous.
