To be fair he hasn't said anything

Oh...
Nice little touch from the MOD. Shows that they value me and all of the other Veterans who have served their country. Actually I have been out for 4 years now so would have thought I would have had this before now!!!

I also did a tour in Iraq. so really your question is a bit odd as I fought in two seperate wars 3 times but was deployed in many other conflicts
two tours of Afghanistan

I have been in a war and know how these things work

Denso13 I mean normally, but I'm sorry I have to stand up to bullying.

Denso quoted . I took that as an observation as opposed to pete being nasty
It a shame because I'm never horrible to anyone but these lot are real nasty people.
I don't mind being blocked anymore so I'll say it.

Notch7 is a trans loving cock sucker, who also laughs at old trans men...

And nosall is a know nothing useless c.unt....

Oh how I laughed, that's better.

He started the thread boyo. The door was opened by him. If he wishes to lie brazenly on a public forum, he can expect to be challenged.
Of course but you can go too far, he might not want to explain anything to you laddy.

Of course but you can go too far,
Such as?

He told the forum he did 9 years in the Army.

He told the forum he left the Army four years ago.

When questioned about the Iraqi timeline he changed that to two separate stints, claiming 2009 onwards.

When questioned further about 2009 thing not adding up he said that that was an answer to a question that no one has asked him, bizarrely. And that he joined the Army earlier.

He said in previous threads that he did two tours of Afghanistan. This means he must have done all three combat tours in his first stint, as combat troops were withdrawn from Afghanistan in spring 2014.

I have asked him to clarify how he managed to do three combat tours after only serving three years in total on his first stint. Also, the minimum term you can serve in the Army (I think) is four years....Just for the record not that I have to clarify anything. I served in two separate units one was a 3 year stint. The last stint was 6 years but then that is my business why I did this

It would be nice if he could clear up a few points. No one asked him to post this thread. Bullshítting is a choice.

A typical deployment is 6 months with a bit of leave in between .
So allowing for 13 weeks basic training it is quite easy to do 3 tours in 3 years especially if the last tour is cut short by the end of hostilities
with 3 tours and basic training coming in at under 2 years that leaves well over a year for leave return to home posting etc.

. And signing on used to be in multiples of 3years

@Highway Man I'm not contradicting anything you say. but to shut these knobheads up maybe it would be simplest to say where you went, in roughly what years.
Put it straight and we'll go from there.

WIthout any bulls**, I'm absolutely certain your particular path, whatever it is exactly, gave experiences most of us wouldn't imagine, and that's a plus to the forum.

To those who try to nitpick a date or denounce some detail, maybe you need to go pleasure yourselves somewhere else. If an odd date's wrong, it doesn't matter.
