Foam adhesive, much more effective than other adhesive solutions. Faster grab and cure time.

I use this about £3.60 a tube if you buy 12.
Grabs rather well, some grab adhesives grab even better if you push the skirting against the wall, pull it off and push it back on or you can shuffle up and down......
