I think the pains are down to stress atm

Do you know the cause of the stress. I'm not asking you to tell us. But knowing what is causing it might be helpful to easing it.

I get it bad...
Runny nose and Itchy eyes mainly but I do get shortens of breath..

I've been taking some tablets for the past 5 days recommended by the chemist and they seem to be working.

I'll tell you the name when I get home.

Pirinase spray is good but pretty expensive. You can use it at the same time as antihistamines. Follow the instructions about shaking it etc.

I do know the cause. It’s something out of my control and it’s causing me anxiety and more.

1. they have filters which remove particles
2. they reduce humidity
3. the cooling effect reduces the symptoms

It's not been warm enough to need ac yet and people on here seem to be suffering badly. My house hasn't got above 22.
I would think an air purifier would be more useful right now.
What is the relationship between allergies and humidity.

I think I’ve taken on loads of pollen and it’s getting released at night.

London has had a pollen issue over the weekend.

It feels a little like flu.

mold, dust mites etc. The cooling of the air also reduces your sensitivity.

I have an occasional dust allergy rather than hayfever. The Pirinase spray works very quickly for me. Cetirizine seems to be the best anti histamine. You can take both together. Remember to shake the bottle of spray as per the instructions. Cetirizine tablets are also sold under brand names but the supermarket own brands are identical and about a third the price.

I used to suffer horribly with hay fever.

The very first time I took Piriton, it gave me vertigo.

So I took Loratadine from then on. But I don't suffer anymore.

Same with car sickness. If I take my eyes off the road, I feel horribly sick. Now I can read books and not feel at all queasy.
