Parliament passes laws. Judges determine how those laws should be interpreted but always with reference to legal precedent. It's how Iour legsl system works. Judges don't create laws and they don't take instructions on outcomes of cases from politicians - unlike Stalin's Russia, for example, or Hitler's Germany for that matter. If parliament presents the judiciary with a law which contradicts earlier statutes and precedents then it id parliament, not the judiciary, who is at fault. So having a "deportation mandate" did any party ever actually have that?) but then not ensuring that all the appropriate robust legislation is put in place is a failing of the government, not of the judiciary. Or are you saying that you want to live in a totalitarian state where the courts merely rubber stamp the president's will? If so I'd recommend Russia.
