…I never even measured once! I just 'guessed' that I’d need 4 sheets of 8’ x 4’ ply to cover the floor of our small bedroom. I nearly ordered 5! Whoops!

and why would he edge around the gap ?How are you going to edge around the gap?

Sue them for the cost of new trousers and enjoy the view.Measure twice cut once has always been my mantra. Unfortunately it's a mantra that surgeons seem to be unaware of. After my hip replacement I may have one leg slightly longer than the other, I'll get it checked properly when I'm fully recovered.
Annoyingly, the surgeons notes say that the leg to be operated on was 6mm longer than the other (news to me) and they would compensate for that in the procedure, they seem to have compensated for it by adding 20mm. Bastards.
Hardboard would have been cheaper and ideal .
lol. That was to reconnect the ceiling light after having the ceiling skimmed. You needed a stepladder???
*ducks for cover*
I don’t do stretches of 15 minutes or more these days before needing a break and a browse so small batteries are perfect for me. I’m on a break right now…aggro putting a blind up!I am disappointed by the puniness of your battery there @Mottie. I always had you down as a 5ah battery kind of guy![]()
