That'll be up to the rescue boat not you, nor the UK government. And if they do choose to land them in France it will be for medical emergency.

Why would you want to sink them? Surely MBK has a much better sollution to the problem. Home Secretary Priti Patel has said she wants the UK Border Force to be able to turn away migrant boats and send them back to France. According to reports, border officials have already started training staff in "pushback tactics".
