Like I've said i don't want someone taking me to the toilet and feeding me, would you like that?If you need care, then why not?
My wife works in a brain injury centre and some of the cases it's just cruel to keep them alive.

Would it not be cheaper than caring for someone for a few years?I think Wes Streeting may be correct: the NHS doesn’t have the capacity nor money to deal with it.
You have the right to choose to believe you shouldn't have that choice, but why would you wish to deny others that same choice who believe otherwise?I don't think we should have a choice, it isn't something that I would like to make.
Would insurance still stand? I have a sneaky suspicion they would look at this as suicide.
Not especially. However, lucid, pain free people need care for all kinds of reasons. It can be something as simple as two bandaged hands. If it's a toss up between your kids looking after you and losing their well paid jobs or dipping into your savings for care - what do you do?Like I've said i don't want someone taking me to the toilet and feeding me, would you like that?
The assisted dying bill only allows for terminally I’ll with less than 6 months.Would it not be cheaper than caring for someone for a few years?

In regards to continuing care, NHS primary care trusts will do everything they possibly can to avoid any continuing care assessment reaching the criteria.

They would not be covered under the proposals, it wouldn't be a choice for them.My wife works in a brain injury centre and some of the cases it's just cruel to keep them alive.
I do know thatThey would not be covered under the proposals, it wouldn't be a choice for them.
Me or any normal person is gonna end life over a bandaged handNot especially. However, lucid, pain free people need care for all kinds of reasons. It can be something as simple as two bandaged hands. Some might.Me or any normal person is gonna end life over a bandaged hand

Not at all, I am talking purely from my own prospective, it isn't selfish. Are you going to vote for Reform and not be selfish for defying others. the right to Reform getting in?You have the right to choose to believe you shouldn't have that choice, but why would you wish to deny others that same choice who believe otherwise?
That's just being selfish!
I see you have avoided the crux of the post...Me or any normal person is gonna end life over a bandaged hand
