Well I do not agree that the Israeli settlers should be there unless they were willing to live with the Palestinians. They are there to provoke the Palestinians. However quite often the IDF deal with them.

It seems to be a term that is used quite a lot on this board. Mainly about Muslim extremists. But also sometimes about other religions. I think it is mainly aimed at those who are so extreme that they will do terrible acts in the name of their religion. I have never used it.
