Yes. Bad enough that there is such a thing, but to advertise it on the UK Gov website is just wrong.
I meant what is the purpose of the job. What does that organisation actually do.

It's like someone working in Canon law for the Catholic church, or Batei Din for Jews. It's all silly nonsense that only makes sense within the religion. That doesn't mean it should be illegal.
Although the Church of England courts are 'proper' courts which is just nonsense. We've got too much religious crap in our government still.
