Possibly, shouldn't have too long to wait.So is she lying

Possibly, shouldn't have too long to wait.So is she lying
Angela Rayner should also have declared she is living rent free in your head.![]()
D-Day for Rayner? PM's adviser prepares pivotal verdict - as her lawyers deny giving tax advice
Sir Laurie Magnus is conducting an investigation into whether Angela Rayner broke ministerial rules by failing to pay the correct amount of stamp duty on a new home, and his findings could be revealed as soon as today.news.sky.com
.so she is saying she got advise from conveyancing firm and two tax lawyers. So is she lying and trying to throw a small firm under the bus if so regardless of tax owed she needs to resign
Solicitors are not tax experts and I have seen someone on the news saying they only gave advice on the facts that she told them. I assume a 'tax expert' would have known that she would still legally be an owner of the first property So far, the other two ‘experts' she claims to have consulted have not come forward. Make what you will of that.But....if I planned on buying a second house id do as the solicitors advised me....but I suppose in her position you would have to be 100% sure you dont mess up.

Yea, she admitted that.
I’ve triggered a MAGAPoor old notch can't accept yet again he voted for liars and cheats...you can chip in with denso for the humble pie
Is the last bit correct?
Are you sure you don’t mean conveyancing firmBBC that the specialist tax adviser firm that Rayner claims to have sought advice from have denied ever giving her any advice
She says she didYes we do the firm told her to sort any tax owed out herself with her tax advisors
You do realise what country we live in and who we get to vote forI’ve triggered a MAGA![]()
Ask the BBC. That’s what they said. Look, Notch, old chap. You’re trying to defend the indefensible. Give up. Accept that you’ve been conned by that 'umble northern lass who’s just shelled out £800k for a seaside flat miles from her disabled son and move on with your life. Are you sure you don’t mean conveyancing firm
What bit of "The parents remain co-owners for stamp duty purposes" don’t you understand? Is the last bit correct?
If the trust is the owner, It’s seems odd that the parents are also owners despite having zero financial interest.
Are the parents trustees?
She obviously lied then. She says she did
