To be fair, the doctor did have significant mitigating factors:

I was working full time supporting my wife and my kids.
My daughter was born premature."

So in reality, he was not to blame for him slipping one to the nurse whilst his patient lay opened up on the operating table. The ones responsible are, in no particular order:

a) The British people for making him feel alone,
b) His wife and kids for expecting his support, and
c) His daughter, for inconsiderately being born prematurely.

Let him back, I say, we lost a good one there.

I was on a flight once when the pilot had left the intercom on and was heard to say to the co-pilot that as soon as they landed, he was going to have a shìt and then fùck the new air hostess. She heard that, went running to the cockpit to tell him to turn the intercom off and tripped over. One of the other hostesses helped her up and told her not to rush as he was going to have a shìt first…..

If he’s caught, but there could be no endangerment of the aircraft because there are other scenarios where he might be out of the cockpit (see Motte’s joke).
