Most Mail and Telegraph commenters seem to be going with the defence that Muslims are not a race and that therefore saying "F--- Islam" can't be a crime.

It does make me wonder what outcry there would have been if somebody had written the same thing about Jews.

Let's see how those who criticise Genocide help out once Israel has defeated hamas completely, when the bill comes in to rebuild Gaza, I imagine that they will go very quiet.

That law covers both race and religion.

But these are comments on the Mail and Telegraph websites where many of the commenters are very right wing but not very bright.

If Israel does not steal them, it is capable of being a prosperous country.

However, since Israel has a policy of destroying and stealing Palestine's land, water, resources, history and culture, it doubtless plans to steal the gas as well.

What is Israel supposed to do John? Forgive them and withdraw or perhaps pretend that they have not commited the atrocities of Oct 7th. Ignore the missiles that they randomly fire into Tel Aviv. Ignore the threats of continual attacks untill Israel does not exist?

Obviously, Israel is "supposed" to end its policies of racism, apartheid and genocide.

It is terrible and an impossible situation that cannot be resolved peacefuly.

I would personally leave it to the IDF to complete as there is no other way forward. Meaning not Genocide but a war that is the current situation.
