Yesterday!
Also, Jihad al Shami hadn't actually been charged with a crime!
Why not Rudukabana, he pleaded guilty to terror charges, downloaded terror material and manufactured Ricin.
Why not the dozens of terrorism arrests every week of supporters of a proscribed terror group.
Are you taking the p155 or deliberately being a troll.
A troll in extremely bad ******g taste I might add.
OMG a bit difficult too charge him now, it was a terrorist attack plain and simple plotted against Jews at a synagogue.

AAhh my mistake, I thought you meant charged with this attack.Obviously. But that's a different point. People are asking why he wasn't on remand for the alleged rape. And I have been explaining that you can't be held on remand if you haven't been charged with a crime. I am not making any sort of point. Just explaining the basic law.

Not even if he was thought to be a further risk?
Is this wrong then?
AAhh my mistake, I thought you meant charged with this attack.

Yes I realised after I posted it...He wasn't charged yet.
He was on "police bail" whilst they investigated the allegation.
You don't need to be a lawyer to get this. If you ever watch a crime drama, like Prime Suspect, you will know that the police can only hold somebody for a day or so without charging them. If they are not charged, they have to be released.
