Hydrogen Water Bottle

I think there is only a trace amount of "extra" hydrogen occurring naturally in water. But presumably that would contribute a tiny effect.

What are you referring to here. Would be interested to know! Do you mean dissociation.
You said all.

Near enough. According to my trusty Google, there are eight parts per trillion!!!!!!!!!

AI Overview

Yes, all water exposed to the atmosphere contains a trace amount of dissolved molecular hydrogen

The concentration is extremely low, much less than one part per million (ppm), and results from the tiny partial pressure of hydrogen gas in the atmosphere, as described by Henry's law.

The amount of dissolved hydrogen gas in normal tap water or bottled water is negligible compared to other dissolved atmospheric gases like oxygen and nitrogen.

Natural Concentration: The typical concentration of dissolved H2 in conventional drinking water sources (tap, bottled, filtered) is about 8.65×10-7 mg/L (or 8 parts per trillion, ppt).

Homeopathy levels.

Some people claim that works too.

Just to clarify.

The eight parts per trillion is the natural level in tap water. The clinical trials have been done with about one part per million. I have no idea what concentration the water bottle system in the OP is supposed to produce.

Hydrogen sulphide?

I've just been looking into the process. It seems that some gut bacteria produce hydrogen gas. Other bacteria produce sulphide. And some of the hydrogen gets combined into hydrogen sulphide. But some is also expelled as hydrogen gas from both ends. Other gut bacteria also convert the amino acid cysteine directly into hydrogen sulphide.

I have no idea! I can see the logic of the theory. But there are so many unknowns. Such as, to what extent are hydroxyl radicals actually a problem, can hydrogen really mop them up, is it possible to produce a therapeutic concentration, are there unintended side effects of neutralising all the hydroxyl radicals.
