Just to clarify.

The eight parts per trillion is the natural level in tap water. The clinical trials have been done with about one part per million. I have no idea what concentration the water bottle system in the OP is supposed to produce.

I've just been looking into the process. It seems that some gut bacteria produce hydrogen gas. Other bacteria produce sulphide. And some of the hydrogen gets combined into hydrogen sulphide. But some is also expelled as hydrogen gas from both ends. Other gut bacteria also convert the amino acid cysteine directly into hydrogen sulphide.

I have no idea! I can see the logic of the theory. But there are so many unknowns. Such as, to what extent are hydroxyl radicals actually a problem, can hydrogen really mop them up, is it possible to produce a therapeutic concentration, are there unintended side effects of neutralising all the hydroxyl radicals.
