Metal, so one earth coming from the light fitting (it's attached to the ceiling bracket)

Ok ,so the base plate is earthed via the ceiling bracket ?
You could connect up using wago's as you suggest ,or insulated terminal blocks if space is an issue.

Perfect that's all I wanted, thank you for the reply. No issues with linking the wagos or anything?
Assuming it could be done similarly with terminal blocks, putting all 6 browns in one side and the ceiling switching live in the other side of the block? And then same for the blues?

The conductors from the light fitting don't need to all go into one side of a terminal block with the supply into the other end.
You could put 3 into one end and 4 in the other ,for instance.
With a wago you must put only one wire into each port. So the earth conductors twisted together ,for instance ,would have to be separated.

Sorry, I still do not understand, why you would need a 10 way Wago? As per the image of @flameport , you will have the (3?) loop wires, 2 neutrals and switched live. I am not an electrician, but I cannot think of a situation where you would need a 10 way connector.. A triple for the neutrals and a double for the switched live (so that you can run it to the next fitting).
Again. I am not an electrician.
6 ways to the pendant , rather than 1 connection - so needs 7 way , and for the neutral in/out and 6 way = 8
hence 10way suggestion, which i was going to suggest form TLC , but not sure if they would fit in the void in the pendant or have to be used , pushedinto the ceiling void and so needs a box

As a slight update, this is where I'm at. After connecting this , not getting anything when switching the power back on. Am I missing something blatantly obvious?
With the brown from the light going to the switching and blue going to blue?
