Sink Waste Pipe Connectors Needed

Hi,

Really struggling to find the right part I need. I'm trying to connect my new sinks waste to the waste pipe in the wall. Both parts are 32mm. Sink waste pipe says it's 1 1/4"

The waste pipe is stuck in the wall and too short to meet the new sink. Distance between the two parts is 17cm

I've found the below that looks like it will do the job

But it's a few days wait to get it.

I'm just a confused why this has been so difficult to sort. Screwfix/Toolstation et al. have P Traps with extendible heights. But not extendible widths.

I've bought one of these but the fitting to the sink waste connector is the opposite way round

Is there anything I can get which is a bit more straight forward. As I'm at a loss at the moment.

32mm P trap to attach to the basin: https://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-adjustable-inlet-tubular-p-trap-white-32mm/89677

If that doesn't reach to the pipe in the wall, then you also need a short length of 32mm pipe and a straight connector https://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-s28m-compression-straight-connector-white-32mm-x-32mm/69934 to go between the trap and the pipe in the wall.

Pipe end into the trap and nut end onto the pipe coming out of the wall.
