You did give some characteristics, let me deal with each one:

a woman has two X chromasones and a male has XY chromosones,

not always true nor accurate, and is not usually tested on babies a few hours old.

a woman has larger hips for child birth so you need to look at the skeleton.

We're talking about babies s few hours old.

it is simple to know the difference.

I'm asking you to define the differences, and I've been asking you for days, and so far we have:
must menstruate
must be able to give birth (naturally)
Must have larger hips
must have XX chromasones

None of that is descernable at birth.
So despite the simplicity (according to you) you are unable to tell us what characteristics a woman must have to be a woman.

It is babies that were and are assigned a sex at birth. It is those people that did grow up to be believe they were incorrectly assigned at birth.

Do you think it's safe for someone, to all intents and purposes to use the male facilities?

Now what about those women transitioning to male? Does the same apply? Do they, appearing as a man, continue to use the women's facilities, for several years until their transitioning is complete?

You post very much like the OP “Exactly”. It’s a little bit sad imho.

Men and women are identified biologically at birth. A sex change can change that I suppose. But putting a dress on and tucking your plums in doesn’t make you a women.

Discuss it with you Veterinarian. They might be prepared to offer some surgery to reduce the number of legs you have, and show you how to walk upright.
