Does that include people that lie about having a container delivered to pack up their whole house, booking their one-way tickets out of the U.K. and leaving the country because the Brexit vote didn’t go their way. In your case, it's a resort to an issue that I suspect is now 10 years ago, if it was based on Brexit.
