Ginger men who now identifies as a woman.

I.e transmen, who have a birth cert' stating they are biological female, are permitted to use female only spaces.
So transmen, who appear to be male can use those spaces, but transwomen who appear to be women can't.
It all sounds awfully complicated when all you need is a pizz. When out and about who would you show this birth certificate too before going into the wrong toilet?

Hahaha haha!

When I am volunteering as Duty Manager at my local Community premises, you think I stand outside the toilet, and changing room doors checking the birth certificates of people before allowing them to enter.

You are mad,
More strawmen arguments.
You are desperate. You don't think!

But just imagine a couple of transmen decide to abide by the law.
Suppose they attend a WI meeting, or similar, or the Supreme Court itself perhaps, and during the interval, they use the toilet at the same time as all the other women.
Can you imagine the uproar and commotion that would be caused because a couple of transmen abided by the Supreme Court judgement?

The Supreme Court judgement was a pyrrhic victory for the transphobics, they just haven't realised it yet.

Thank you.

But no need for your verbosity and word salad when you keep making false claims.
Where is this evidence you said you would use to refute my assertion. I'm still waiting for it.
Until you disprove my assertion, it remains true.

Thank you for your late, and grudging, admission that men who are pretending to be women are not forced, as you kept falsely claiming, to use men's toilets.
Still refusing to acknowledge the difference between sex and gender?

You and your imaginary teapot!

You're reduced to going round in circles now.

You claimed you could disprove my assertion and all you've done is deny, deny, deny, and presented a conceptual idea of a teapot.
I have proven my assertion is true.
Here it is again:
The UK Supreme Court ruled in April 2025 (For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers) that "sex" in the Equality Act 2010 refers to biological sex, not legal sex acquired via a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC). This means service providers can legally restrict single-sex spaces—such as changing rooms, toilets, and hostels—to biological women or men.
Everything I have said complies with that judgement.

I'm still waiting for you to disprove that.

What is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

And you have admitted now that it was not true.
The evidence was provided, twice now.

I'm still waiting for your evidence to disprove it.
All we've had is waffle, and more waffle.

This means service providers can legally restrict single-sex spaces—such as changing rooms, toilets, and hostels—to biological women or men.

Yes, that's right.

And

they may, if they wish, use unuisex spaces.

Thank you for your late, and grudging, admission that men who are pretending to be women are not forced, as you kept falsely claiming, to use men's toilets.
