Well if i do a lighting circuit or two in my home but instead of wiring directly into the consumer unit and fed from from a 5A or 6A MCB or a 5A fuse I put a plug on it and connect it to an existing socket then is it fixed/permanent/non permanent the how would you or how could you classify that? same or different?
is it or not? i could see it being agued either way according to the viewpoint of the person, the definition of that person or the definition of the ruler makers ? they might or might not align

All words mean either what dictionaries and accepted commonplace definitions say, unless they are given a specific definition by a regulation or law, or via a court ruling. Any "misalignment" is of no importance.
