Plug in solar

Yes very likely the case, but as I had said, plug in is not installed, so has to have different criteria like you can't ask for a copy of the installation certificate.
I disagree, you have to mount the bracket and fix the PV's to that, for one. There more to it than plugging it in.

Well if i do a lighting circuit or two in my home but instead of wiring directly into the consumer unit and fed from from a 5A or 6A MCB or a 5A fuse I put a plug on it and connect it to an existing socket then is it fixed/permanent/non permanent the how would you or how could you classify that? same or different?

It could be unplugged but the rest of the installation would be fixed/permanent? Is that relevant to plug in solar?

is it or not? i could see it being agued either way according to the viewpoint of the person, the definition of that person or the definition of the ruler makers ? they might or might not align

It's fixed, of course. Permanent/non-permanent are not relevant.

Unless that person is authoritative in the context of defining regulatory terms, then their viewpoint or definition is irrelevant.

All words mean either what dictionaries and accepted commonplace definitions say, unless they are given a specific definition by a regulation or law, or via a court ruling. Any "misalignment" is of no importance.

Exactly, I agree with the last three comments by Morq, however the point I was making is that some people have a tendency to attempt to try and skirt around rules and regulations with viewpoints ranging from absurd to downright outrageous, an attempt to justify extremes to work in their favour.
Part P encouraged a few arguements with a few combatants attempting to slide the goalposts with a so called technical difference of adding a plug and socket near the origin of a circuit - Indeed "The Origin" had attempts to be redesignated to help them achieve their "Logic".

My own held stance or a Ring Final Circuit (or a Radial Final Circuit for that matter) being classed as a final circuit in its own right because it has points (point of utilisation) directly attached yet also being the distribution circuit of switched or unswitched fused spurs etc seems to be an excuse for some to state "Ring Final Final Circuit not being a possibilllity" as if that clashes with two viewpoints such as a bullet travelling at 100mph with a train or against a train and different speeds of that bullet according to you obseving it inside the train or on the ground outside.

At the end of the day we have to be sensible and look only at what is actually quoted but also what we think is its clear intent.
