I've ripped the old boiler out of a house I'm refurbishing and I need to install a new combi-condenser. A lot of the old complex network of pipework has gone and a more simplified system of brand new pipes fitted in its place.
I need a combi unit that will both perform well and be reliable, but I perhaps didnt do myself any favours by visiting B&Q and looking at the Heatline Vizo (A-rated version) for £500 as I'd rather not spend much more than this now.
I've read with interest the conflicting stories of their reliability on here but in all honesty I havent looked at other alternatives yet. Can any of you guys give me your honest opinion on how they perform and their reliability on an almost new heating system or if there are any other reasonably priced alternatives?
It might be worth you knowing that when the house is complete I will possibly be renting it out but may also decide to live in it myself.
