Hi
Ok where do I start?
No red lockout but the boiler simply refuses to light. My ch engineer is away for the rest of the week so my appliance engineer and I have been trying in vain.
The fan comes on & we have a spark at the pilot but it wont ignite and can not smell gas there.
Have checked the 'obvious' things such as the gas hasn't been cut off & both the fuses in the pcb are fine.
The pump does not appear to be running although we have removed the silver screw and it appears to rotate freely.
The question is if the pump is shot will the boiler 'know' this and not provide gas to the pilot or are we missing something else?
Any help or ideas greatly appreciated!
AJ
