Something is not quite right about this....

Did that used to be a TT (or still should be) and somebody has carried out a DIY PME (seal missing)?
What rating is the RCD 30mA or 100mA?

It certainly has all the hall marks of a DIY PME.

Supply is a straight con, premisis is out in the sticks, and I suspect there is no PME available. I havn't seen anything to suggest otherwise anyway.

Not sure of the RCD rating TBH, although I'd expect 30mA.

It is a supply in an former cow shed which is being converted into a domestic dwelling. (above ground)

Why is it that as soon as you venture out of town, you always end up finding things like this? Although I don't think i've ever found anything quite that bad!

The wiring from the cutout went first to a henley, then out to a meter, from the meter to one CU with another pair of tails from the (unmetered) henley to another CU. Only one meter in the property....
