Hi, Shy,
No, I saw it on the way back from a local Indian Restaurant, last night.
(Starter, Chana Paneer, Main, tandoori mixed grill with a nan bread and side salad. and a rather good bottle of Chablis)
So there I was making my slightly tipsy way home, and just round the corner from where I live, right on a main road......
So bright and early this morning at sparrers cough, off I went camera in hand to gather the evidence.

I just went round there and there is a big green van, an even bigger looking builder type. (fat as cuff ) a very small set of steps a few bricks and a bucket of what might be muck.
I beat a hasty retreat, but will return later to snap the result.
