How detailed a drawing for Building Regs and Builders

Can anyone tell me when an architect says he will provide me hard copies of builder works drawings and specification for quote is it different from these drawings which are attached? Also if someone can tell me that are these drawings detailed enough for building regs?

Anyway, they are not detailed enough for building contyrol, nor to quote from and neither to build to.
 
Can you tell what more detail is required please?
