Flexible Conduit/Duct for network cables in new build house

Hi I am looking for a small bore duct/conduit (what's the difference?) for running network cables in a new build house.

I want to use a duct so that I would be able to replace the cables at some point in the future. Something thats flexible so that I can have a single run for each cable and which would allow me to avoid sharp curved which would make it hard to push the cable through, would be ideal.

The only stuff I have been able to find is the flexible ribbed stuff however I would prefer something with a smooth interior bore as this will make it much easier to push the cables through. I would like something that about 10-15mm Outside Diameter as I would like to run it behind the dry lining.

Does anyone know anything that would be suitable? links etc would be much appreciated.

Now that is nearly perfect BUT ... I need to be able to go round some corners so I need something flexible or which can be joined to go round corners. I have edited my original post to add the need for it to be flexible.

I did think about this but wasnt sure about its safety and lifespan, and I think it may be hard to handle the end in a tidy way.

Depending on how many cables you want in it, use the flexi conduit and pull in an extra single core cable as a pull through.

How long are these conduit runs? If you plan to have the full length in flexible conduit right the way through the house, then there's a good chance that by the time you've put in the number of bends you need, you'll never be able to pull the cable back through anyway. You'll probably want to consider putting in some inspection bends or JBs in accessible places throughout the run.
