Hi just need some clarification (into simple english ). I want to add a tiny double storey extension to square off a house.
The projection is only 6' x 8' in floor space. It's to extend a kitchen into a scullery area and add a little bit of space on the ground floor. On the second floor it's for a dresser/ensuite. I've added some basic plans from the sale of the house. This side of the house is about 1.2m from the property boundary and about 2.4m from the neighbours single storey garage which is attached to their house. Obviously I'd have proper plans and drawings done in due course.
I've attached the section of planning I'm confused by (3m eaves) as other than this I think it's a permitted development.

Thanks for the quick reply. Just need to work out if the extra bit of ensuite/dressing room is worth the faff and wait for planning or just do a single storey then
