Watching our local cat stalking what was probably a mouse under our wheelie bin, it spent a full hour waiting to pounce, missed the outcome due to a loo stop

Update, cat came back, spent 30 mins ready to pounce, jumped in and head butted the bin, ran of with mouse in its jaws, persistence paid off
Finished painting the workshop walls and made a start on the workshop floor. I washed as much oil off as I could last week and then pressure washed it. Today I've moved all my toolbox's, benches etc into the middle and I'm painting round it all. I'll come back Monday, move all the stuff to the edges and then paint myself out of the door. I'll then leave that to harden while Mrs M and I have a long weekend away with the dog in a cottage in the Forest of Dean. When I come back, I'll strip out everything from the office, decorate that and fit new carpet tiles and then put it up for rent and see if there are any takers. No rush though - I'd rather take my time and get the right tenant. All I've had so far are chancers that either want to break cars or motorcycles even though I said no motor trade. Mind you, the previous photos did show a fully fitted out garage. Motor mechanics are generally a dirty, messy, noisy lot and being in a residential area, I wouldn't want to inflict that on neighbours that I have had over the last 40 years.
Fixing the replacement water inlet socket, on the caravan. It's plastic, with a pair of contacts to supply the pump, a connection for the water inlet, and a NRV. The hinged cover flap, retains the plug in place, against the water pressure, except the hinge was beginning to split.
There are at least three versions of the inlet, cheapest lacking the contact and NRV, most expensive includes a pressure switch, then the one I needed in the middle cost wise. From photos, it looked as if they all used the very same main plastic moulding, and that was all that was damaged on mine, the hinge, so I took a chance on being able to swap bits over, to save £20 - and ordered up the cheaper one.
I just got around to fitting it today, and yes, I was able to swap the bits over.
In the process of doing that, I had to manoeuvrer the caravan away from the fence, so I tried to make use of the mover. That, I found, is misbehaving - master relay clicking on and off, when no buttons are being pressed, and when a button is pressed to move it, the movement is jerky, as the master continues to switch on and off. It's not the leisure battery, nor the remote control, nor a poor main 12v connection. It's not an out of range problem, because when out of range it just stops - so I need to give that some thought.
