I wonder if it will emerge that the trust enables benefits to be paid that would otherwise not be paid.

More negligent advice, if so time for another payout.
Hopefully, she’s had a tough time. What do you think of her “wealth management “ specialist solicitors now, there must a potential claim if what she says is correct.

We are left with the fact that she told the council it was a 2nd home. So I don’t really buy the story she has run with.
