I think any sane person would see they held their hands up to having given "the mistaken impression that President Trump had made a direct call for violent action".

What do you mean, 'wrong'? Upsetting Tump is something people do daily, if they are not fawning over the fat orange rapist. I don't know what you mean by wrong? The BBC did what all news outlets do i.e. edited a news article. It was misleading - yes. Wrong? I think not.

Hence the BBC telling the fat orange rapist to shove any monetary compensation where the sun will never shine. Good for them too.

Which has never been in question. The BBC admit it and apologised. The defamation case centres around whether or not malice' was involved.

He demanded that they immediately retract the documentary, issue an apology, and compensate him. I'm not seeing full compliance here from the BBC. In fact they did the easy bit and told him to go do one for the the rest of his frivolous demands.

Good on them. No case to answer.
