It’s always interesting to see what everyone else has for dinner because it reminds you how much food choices shape your day, not just calories. I’ve been experimenting with meal timing and planning, and having a bit of structure really helps me stick to better habits. I found before and after 16 8 fasting super useful for organizing meals and staying motivated without feeling restricted, and that consistency makes a real difference over time.

I take it you have yours like this:It still bleeds. If it was a video I reckon you could even spot a heartbeat. A good vet could get that back on its feet.
Horrific
A mate of mines wife always has to have her steaks well done. Once, in a pretty decent restaurant, he, like me, ordered Chateaubriand for him and his wife. You don’t have to tell them how you have that cooked, it’s a given. His wife butted in and said "Well done". The waiter asked if she was sure and she said yes. It was awful and my mate was pretty pìssed with her. No matter how many times we tell her, she will insist on well done. We’ve even told her of THIS several times. Might as well be talking to the wall.Horrific
