Dec has a little side bet with us for charity, he has said Spain will win, Pete says Argentina, I say France. It isn't about not wanting England to win, of course we do but the odds are for the others. Nothing more than that, give us your prediction, nobody is taking this as anything but a bit of fun.

Can't understand why he is like this. I always thought it was just an act but now you have revealed his real life attitude is the same, I am a bit shocked but in life these types just exist and they are best avoided.

I bet he hasn’t read it and just jumped in with both feet, not understanding the subtle nuances of our bet

Except Dec27 made a point of attacking me in a comment designed to provoke an argument, even leading bod to claim i probably support Pakistan in a test match. Noseall was pointing out the disparity of what you call 'banter' and others see as a provocation.

OMG this is all just a bit of fun and support for our national team. Let’s keep it civil and stop with the ridiculous accusations of calling each other. This is football guys let’s be proud of England so far.
