That is a most tranquil image, a calming influence and one that is needed right now. \I have just been romping with greyhounds and now going to the donkey sanctuary for some calming stroking.

I suggest a gentle stroll along a canal embankment to calm yourself down, if you don't mind me saying I feel you are hyperventilating and seem very tense and in need of controling your breathing better. You will be fine but you need to take it easy as there are 10 hours to go.

OMG I feel a bit drunk hope I don't fall asleep and miss the match...
Better not to gamble at all. But 20 years ago I used to put a lot on football matches. I’ve always been lucky and know it’s luck, not skill.
But having 2k on a match makes it 90 mins of pure hell.
