No point holding my breath whilst waiting for you to actually answer a very simple question

Happy to tell you again.. The RNLI should not be routinely tasked to facilitate illegal immigration. The service they provide encourages people smuggling due to their routine tasking. Borderforce and the collective coastguards are the correct authority and can secure arrests and evidence.

So what you are actually saying is that 90% of those recued by the RNLI should be left to drown based on your parameters.

Average boat has a 10kW motor and is around 10m+

A 2.5m boat typically has a capacity of 3 adults and a 4.5kw engine is around 6hp
