When laying an Indian stone patio, do I leave a gap between the paving and the concrete flat top edging and ACO drain or do I butt the paving up to both the edge and aco? Cheers

I’ll stick with MOT type 1… considering the whole job is costing me 1k I’d rather pay £40 more knowing that the base once done is done for good
