    I'm trying to tighten my toilet seat, removed seat, after removing one alu cap that's loose on the rubber bung is stuck and I cannot cap from bung for some reason, so I access the screw head to tighten, I tried using WD40 no luck. Is there any trick to this? It's a Saneux toilet. See photo image.
