I had a plumber fix my leaking toilet by cementing around the soil pipe. The trouble is the cement on the left hand side is above the level of the flooring. I can't put marine plywood over the flooring so can the cement be ground down with an angle grinder to make it level?

Hello I have a Baxi Combi 80e with no hot water. The pressure gauge is at 2.3. The only illuminated light is the power on. Any idea how to get the hot water back please?

Hello I have a Baxi Combi 80e boiler. There is water but the water is not hot and the pressure gauge is at 0 with the light flashing 'Fault on Pump or Low System Pressure'. The pump seems to be working as I can hear it but I maybe mistaken. Any ideas how to resolve this please Regards Howard
