Can anyone give me some suggestions to help stop the damp problem as shown in photo
This is a front porch, half brick, half glass, more like a conservatory style than a porch, reasonable size - and got this problem on all outside walls

Have a few roof tiles that need replacing, cracked/damaged etc
Can someone help me identify what these type of tiles are called, to make it easier for me to find replacements? and possibly recommend where I can get them (I am located near Norwich)

I have finlock gutters which have been lined with one piece aluminium liner - which seems to have cured all my problems etc
Just wondering if you can paint the underside of the gutters to improve appearance / water proofness etc
If so what paint can I use?

I have a condensation issue in one room, getting wet patches at top of wall/coving
Recently had roof and gutter repaired so it is not a leak - also checked above and is dry - so definitely seems to be condensation
If I have window open in room then is okay - but window can't be left...

I have concrete (finlock?) gutters and am looking into getting them lined, as have various damp issues in places round top of my walls

I have concrete gutteting as shown in photo - think it is called finlock although may be wrong
I have no major issues with it, but a couple of small areas of damp inside level with the guttering - so think it could probably do with being resealed/relined

I have just bought a house and the central heating boiler is in the garage stood on wooden blocks
When it was serviced recently the chap said it really shouldn't be stood on blocks, but should have a concrete pad built underneath instead
