Big Labour shortage here in Scotland!!

With an increase in new builds and the shortage of good Timeserved Plumbers, many guys are now on very big money. £20/hour on some jobs is not uncommon. Self Employed guys are making £1-1.2K a week. The tide has certainly turned, which is great!!

    Labour shortage in Scotland

I pointed this out a few weeks ago; there's not been such high demand for qualified experienced time-served Plumbers for some considerable time. With pay rates increasing weekly. This is no more prominent than in Aberdeen. With earning of £1K a week advertised.

    Am I charging too much??

I had a customer complain yesterday that I charge too much!! What a cheek!! £85/hour for gas work & £60/hour for everything else, it's about the norm around these parts. Why do customers of a certain race don't want to pay you & expect work to be done for nothing :?: :?:
