    Thermostatic shower controller stuck!

    We have a Vado shower with thermostatic controller which has become stuck after about a year with no use. Is there a reasonable fix I can do myself (WD 40 springs to mind) or do I need a plumber? As always, any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
