    My vauhall mariva has a fault on the nearside indcator. Sometimes it flashes super quick, works fine when hazards are On. No bulbs out. I think it's the relay (nightmare to get to to replace ). I'm struggling for time to replace it before MOT. Would it fail on this.

    Is it allowed under the new regs, for me to fit my own shower in stall all the pipe work fit the shower unit and run the cable to the consumer unit but get a sparky to wired it to the fuse.     fence post holders.

    Im going to put a new fence up, about 6 foot. Its on concrete, im thinking about using the post holders as i dont want to smash up the concrete and sink the post in. What sort of expansion bolts should i use and what size. Any help as ive never built a fence this way i normally use postcrete.

    I have just ripped out my old baxi back boiler. The eletric feed to the timer etc is still live but Ive blanked it off. It was taken from the down stairs lighting loop. Is it possible to run a 2kw eletric fire from it.

    I have read that even some energy saving bulbs which are designed to work with dimmers some times dont work properly, due to the wattage, the buld is a 20 watt bulb but the switch states in requires a 40 watt bulb so you will have to use to bulbs to get the required wattage to make them work...

    Yale and Chubb state that their new products are'nt affected by radio, taxi's etc, and that they won't activate the system like the older models did. Is this true or has anyone had problems with them.

    problems with old combi
