    Someone had the wall rendered because it was probably a complete mess underneath. I would expect the wall to be bad and you are 'probably' setting yourself up for A LONG HAUL. Consider other alternative like re-rendering it. Some 'altenatives' are so new that even those in the trade have no idea...

    as pro roof cleaners we always recommend sealing them with a waterproof, breathable coating like - - - - - - - - - - - acylic. For those that say its a waste... don't listen, probably a roofer. Never leave a well washed roof... you have just cleaned off the final surface and made them more...

    polyeurea.... drys in 4 seconds, single application, any colour 100 year warranty.... no heat, no fires, no joints. best thing since sliced bread.... only one sticky bit..... £20-30,000 to set up. On the other hand try roof coating, clean and waterproofing roof tiles. Set up +/- £6000, income...
