Most of you here will have seen how Qwerty was making up mischevious false complaints about us which he was unable to substanciate.

Its customers like him who we have to guard against! Genuine customers understand our problem with absentee landlords and have no difficulty in paying us.

Qwerty just WHY should we give you credit by doing work for you in the hope that you might pay us when we have finished. We already know you tell untruths and saying you are going to pay is probably just another!
